Repairs

Here at Cashmere Centre we offer a very popular darning repair service that can help with minor issues such as moth holes, split seams, and general damage.

We have a very experienced expert who deals with all sorts of damage and darns them carefully to return the item looking as good as new as we can.
We don’t just repair our own garments either. Whatever the brand, as long as the item is a
natural fibre (i.e., cashmere, alpaca etc.), we’re happy to help!

Please send the garment to our office address, TCC Unit 6 Fernfield Farm, Little Horwood, Milton Keynes, MK17 0PR.

Please allow 10-14 days for completion.  An email will be sent to you asking for completion of payment once the item is ready to send back.

Refinishing

Does your cashmere need a little TLC? We can professionally clean and refinish any pure cashmere or natural fibre knitwear, whatever the brand!

Our refinishing service includes a professional wash and de-pill to remove any bobbling.

All services start from £35 per item, but we assess all items on a case-by-case basis. See below for the price guide. If you change your mind at any point, we’ll send back your item free of charge, no questions asked.

How it works

It’s simple and easy to use our repair or refinishing services. Here’s how it works:

1. Send your item in for assessment.  Feel free to send images first if you wish to, this may save money on postage if we are unable to help.
2. Once fully assessed, we’ll get started, or contact you if we have any questions or concerns.
3. Once completed, we’ll return your garment(s) to you, ready for you to enjoy for more years to come!  We even cover your return postage.
